Debbie works closely with our sales team preparing proposals for new and renewing business to ensure rates and coverage are competitive within the marketplace. Keeping abreast of new developments, Debbie keeps us informed of the ever-changing insurance industry climate. Debbie has worked in the insurance industry for over 25 years taking both P&C and health and life insurance classes. In addition, taking various business classes at Mira Costa College. Debbie’s key strengths are her ability to work under pressure and prioritize. She is skilled in time management and is one of our top trainers. Debbie’s biggest asset: her patience and can-do attitude. When not working with clients on their benefits programs, Debbie spends her leisure time with family. Debbie has two grown sons, a 3 year old granddaughter and another on the way . . .which she is VERY excited about!
