Eric is the CEO of both the Health Savings Associates Benefits team and our Property and Casualty division, Ehrenfeld Insurance. In addition to his role as CEO, Eric actively works with clients on their insurance programs. In 2019, Eric and Katherine Chapin joined forces and partnered with international broker Acrisure to leverage their centralized resources, innovative technology, and broad market access. The Acrisure partnership and philosophy combines the best of large broker resources with local broker knowledge, relationships, and service.

A San Diego native, when not crunching numbers or working with his clients, Eric clears his mind by going to the beach…and surfing. Eric loves spending time with his wife Susan and their children doing anything outdoors. Some of their favorite activities together are hiking and surfing San Diego.
